5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on a small number of third-party providers. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

7. Data retention

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above. In general: gameplay and account data is retained while your account is active and for up to twelve months afterwards; diagnostic logs are retained for up to ninety days; support correspondence is retained for up to twenty-four months. We may retain certain records for longer where required by law or to resolve a dispute.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for stored data, access controls limiting employee access to what each role requires, and routine review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify you and any relevant regulator of a qualifying breach as required by law.

9. Children's privacy

Ludo Stark is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in parts of the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly. Parents and guardians who wish to review or remove a child's information can reach us the same way.

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app under Settings, or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We respond to verified requests within thirty days, or sooner where the law requires.

You can also limit tracking at the device level using your operating system's privacy controls, such as iOS App Tracking Transparency or resetting your Android advertising identifier.

11. International data transfers

We operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional technical and organisational measures.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice in the app before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
